Known for driving transformative results, Timothy “Tim” Mahoney has led complex organizations and shaped market strategy both in and out of Greenwich, CT. His career includes senior executive appointments in some of the world’s most respected financial and insurance institutions. He is currently a senior business consultant at First Sight Group.

Tim Mahoney has held multiple C-suite and board-level positions within the insurance, financial services, and consulting sectors. His work has consistently centered on driving sustainable growth, enhancing enterprise value, and improving client and stakeholder outcomes.

Mr. Mahoney’s spent a large part of his career with Marsh & McLennan, where he held a range of senior leadership roles over 24 years. Ultimately serving as CEO of the Americas, he led a $2.4 billion business and a workforce of more than 16,400 employees. His portfolio also included leadership roles as president of Global Risk Management and Chairman of Global Client Development, where he oversaw global sales, marketing, and industry vertical strategies.
